Chris Mav’s Marla Winning hen recorded the slowest winning velocity in almost 20 years for a Marla to Adelaide race, winning the velocity award for that year It’s a half sister to Chris’s 5th placed Alice Springs Hen The first four positions in that Alice-to-Adelaide race were taken out by lofts North East of Adelaide – well to the North of Chris’s Home Chris bought the Dam of the Marla winner at Andrew Muirhead’s sale
